Big Breakfast, bad diet, unnecessary

I just read an article  on WebMd.com stating a recent study shows that people who eat a big breakfast were found to consume nearly 400 more calories during the day.  While the study did not suggest skipping meals, as this leads to a slowing in metabolism, it does indicate that consuming a large number of calories at each meal, rather than frequent meals of lower calories, contributes to diet failure.

Trying to loose weight does not mean that a person must suffer with counting calories as long as the meal plan has been laid in advance and the plan is reasonable. Nor does loosing weight mean that a person must be hungry.  The balance is found in consuming enough calories at regular intervals throughout the day.
